Window Crank Replacement

Home Owner from Wilmington MA
Crank windows over kitchen sink. This is from window on the right when standing at the sink. Only marking I can find says "Truth" - the window is from a 1992 home build. I always thought they were Andersen windows but I'm not sure of that. Any help is appreciated.

That worm gear is not meant to come out. If it has, then it cannot be repaired. You will need a new operator entirely. Before we recommend anything, could you show me a picture of it out of the window? At the very least, we would need to see the arms that physically open and close the sash. Seeing as much of the complete operator in one shot would be a huge help.
