Window Crank Replacement Needed

Question

This part became severely rusted and unusable. The rest of the window is in good shape. Any help you can provide with replacement part would be greatly appreciated. Wording on part is: "US PAT 4505601" - "PAT.CAN 1986 - "Truth" - "Made in USA" - "45301" - "3". Dimensions are 8 inches extending from crank, 8.5 inches, 4 inches at end connected to window (which is also rusted).
