Window Crank for old window

A from Greenville, SC says:

Good Evening,

I am attempting to find a replacement crank for an old window in a home a client of mine is purchasing. The contractor has informed me the window will not close because the crank is broken. However, he is unsure if it is the crank of the mechanism that is not visible. The cranks were painted over so I am unable to locate an item number. Any help you can provide will be much appreciated. I am more than happy to communicate via phone it that will be easier.

Shannon

Hi Shannon. I can't say with any certainty what operator you need without seeing it out of the window, with the link arm in full view. That said, you might need our Hope Operators, the 39-354 and 39-355. Remove your operator from the window and see if these match what you need. Let us know if the dimensions differ and if so how.
