Window Crank from 1950s house (Getty from Philadelphia, PA)

Hi, I'm looking for a replacement window crank for my windows. I have about 9-10 of these that are stripped and no longer crank. The inside gear appears to be fine but the gear that's within the handle has been grinded down over the years to where it slips on the gear attached to the chain. Hopefully you can help me as I haven't been able to find a similar part elsewhere.
