Window Crank identification

A quick learner from Pittsburgh says:

Looking to find a replacement for a window crank that goes on the right hand side of the window. The identifying numbers on the crank that was removed are Entryguard

L30841 and 20810

I have attached pictures of the part removed from the customer's window
