TRUTH Window Crank mechanism

Question

The crank has fallen off and just turns. The part is by TRUTH and says Made in the USA. Pictures attached. Do I need to replace the whole operating mechanism? Thank you.

Thanks for posting! Yes, it sounds like you'll need to replace the whole operator. The gear inside the housing can't be replaced by itself.

Have you seen our 39-031 & 39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operators? They seem pretty close to what you have in your pictures. Compare them to your hardware and let me know what you think!
