Window Crank (no visible part number)

Question

I'm trying to replace this cranks since the gears are not engaging enough to close the window all the way. As well I'm looking for the (not sure of the name) "sliding mechanism/arm" that goes attached to the window, I see part number but once typed in, won't show any results, any guidance would be helpful. Thanks

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 39-220B and 10" 36-048 hinge set. Review the specifications for these parts and see if they match up with your old hardware. Note that it's best to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
