Window Crank open handle

TRUTH Brand with some numbers on back" 45143 or 45333 or 45393" Can't see properly. Also have Patent # 1490-5560082" Can you please find me correct part # for handles please? The plastic which hold tight Handle with Window mechanism is broken so it tripps and do not move window.

Thanks for your post! This crank handle appears to be a match for the 39-205 Truth Folding Crank Handle. I'm confident this should work for your repairs but be sure to double check that your spline diameter is 11/32".
