Window Crank and Operator

Landlord from Los Angeles, CA

The crank is busted but I think I need the entire part. There are no brand names or markings on the window to identify the brand or manufacturer. The window is in a residential loft. Thank you for your assistance.

I can't say for sure what you have while it's still installed, but it looks similar to our 39-312. Look it over and see what you think.

Thank you very much. It sure looks very similar. I went ahead and ordered all three parts, handle, operator and track. Will it include any instructions on how to install? If not, any suggestions or advise is greatly appreciated (or u-tube video?).

Thanks for your help!

Hey Fernando. Thank you for ordering with us, we appreciate it. I hope it works out for you.

These operators do not include installation instructions, and we do not have a video for this particular part, but it's pretty straight forward. It just screws to the window directly, while the arms slide into the track on the sash.
