Window Crank and lock

A quick learner from Plano, Texas says:

Hello,

For the missing window crank, do you have a suggestion of what I could use to replace this? I would like to have it fold down. For some reason, this particular window has two different parts for cranks. On the left side, the 39-107FK Swiss product works. However, on the same window, we have a different type of crank. Can you recommend something that would work that would also coordinate with 39-107FK?

Also, do you sell window locks as pictured in my second picture?

Thank you!

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 38-097 and 38-098 casement lock to your part.

As for your operator, we'd like to see your assembly with the window open to that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. This will help us confirm the correct replacement, as well as which handles and covers would be compatible. Thank you!
