Window Cranks

Hi there,
We recently had new windows installed, but due to complications, no longer have the cranks and bug screens. We're unsure how to go about identifying the appropriate cranks for these (PlyGem), so if you're able to help us in either identifying the correct part, that'd be appreciated. From what I can tell, it seems with have a single arm operator with surface mount.
Thanks,
Ina

Hi Ina, thank you for posting,
Are you in need of a full new operator mechanism or only the cover and handle?
If you need the operator, can we see a picture of the arm disconnected from the sash track where we can see the attachment at the end of the arm?
Unfortunately we cannot assist with new screens.

Hi Lauren,
We're hoping to only replace the cover and handle, since the operator mechanism itself is brand new.
Looking it up on videos, I've only seen videos of replacing the whole mechanism, or just the crank, but none that specifically replace just the handle and cover (e.g., Product Code: 39-375).
Thanks!

Yes, the main difference is the side the handle fits onto. For the operator you showed in your pictures, you would use the 39-375 orientation.
I do not believe these covers come with specific instructions, but they just snap on and off of the operator base. Let me know if you have any additional questions!
