Window Cranks

A home owner from Illinois says:
I have two windows that are aprox 25 years old. The window crank housing has broken off of both. I have attached pictures of both. I need to replace both of them.

We can replace this operator, but I cannot identify what you have from these photos. Can you remove it from the window entirely so we can see the whole mechanism?
