Window Cranks

I have several window cranks that are no longer functional.
Are they an item I can order and replace or can I get help from your company? My windows were installed about 25 years ago. Thank you for your assistance

Hello,

If the operator is broken rather than the handle, we should be able to help but we would need to see photos of your assembly with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
