Thanks for writing in! Your casement operator looks like an older Ashland brand operator. Unfortunately, this exact operator is no longer available but our 39-253LB and its opposite handed version 39-253RB should work well as a replacement. To confirm, carefully review and compare the dimensions shown below.
You'll likely need to install the 39-528 Casement Track which is compatible with the 39-259 Truth Hardware Track Slider these operators use.
Since the bracket appears to be attached to the operator link arm, you'll also likely need to use the 39-545 and 39-546 Truth Snap-Stud Brackets.
The compatible handles sets are parts 39-375 and 39-376, which are folding handles and covers as well as parts 39-451 and 39-452, which are non-folding.
