Window Cranks

Question

I have Milgard crank out windows installed in 1996. The corkscrew mechanism inside the piece that the handle sits on top of which turns to let you open and close the window is broken. The picture sent shows the L31538 Entry Gard Truth. Do you carry this part? I am in need of two of them.
