Window Cranks for Kitchen Window

Hi guys, I am looking for replacement cranks and housings, both left and right for my kitchen bow window. See attached photoes. The part # I found underneath the existing ones is OP05-7554-03. Do you have these? And just as importantly, how do i get the old ones off? Very little room underneath for even a allan wrench....

After further investagation it appears i only need the handles. See attached. # OP05-7810. Do you have these?

Take a look at our 39-226. This may be a good match for your handle.
Removing the old stem is another matter. You may need to drill it out. If not, you would require a new replacement operator. If that is the case, please remove it from the window so we can get a good look at it, and we will do our best to recommend a replacement.
