Window Doesn't Stay Up

A home owner from Naugatuck, CT says:
Have some other parts in my cart. Not certain about which pivot lock shoe this is or if I need a new one. The side mount pivot bar is broke, part of it is in the lock shoe, but can't find this on the website.

The pivot shoe might be alright as long as you can remove the broken tilt bar inside. Unfortunately, the pivot bar is not available. When repairing this type of pivot bar, service people have used our 26-326 metal pivot bar and reverse the the pivot bar end. Look it over and let us know if you have any further questions.
