Window Dyad Crank

Question

Do you carry a window crank with a 4 7/16" arm? The piece I need looks like your item # 39-089. The only difference is that the 5" arm is too long.

(The distance between the screws on my piece is 5")

The 39-089 is close. I actually think this is more like our 39-187. See how the 'gear arm' on the 39-187 has a W-shape, whereas the 39-089 has a Z-shape? Now, unfortunately we don't offer this operator type with a different length link arm besides 5". You have two options. First, try installing the operator as is and seeing if it works fine. If not, try re-positioning the stud bracket to make up the difference.
