Attached are pictures of my window, a 49" x 36" (x 2) each double hung metal
The bottom window falls if I raise it and let go.
What Parts do I need?

Thank you for reaching out to us. The window falling down on its own indicates that the balances are the problem. We may be able to help but I'm afraid I can't get a good look at your hardware from these photos. Can you remove an undamaged balance from the window along with any attachments?
