We sell a few locks similar to this, but yours appears to be too deteriorated for me to properly identify. The base that screws to the window frame is a very important detail and usually is where these different locks all differ.

For now, review our 38-059 and 38-064, which appear to be the closest two options in our inventory. You will ultimately need an undamaged version that you can use as a reference to confirm the best match.
