Window Gadget

Question

I need the gadgets on the top corner of each window that you slide medially and this allows you to open each window toward the inside of the house to clean.  several of them have cracked because of the extreme heat here in coastal Georgia.  My home is 33 years old.  Ther is one screw to remove each broken one.
