Window Glazing Bead

A quick learner from Dallas, Texas says:
Hello.

We purchased 55-180, but after trying to install it we see that our part is slighly different than what you have supplied. From the pictures and dimensions enclosed, can you determine if you have the same material that is more of a fit for what we need?

Hey there, thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the 55-180

One possible alternative is our 55-120. The dimensions still aren't exact, but they're not too far off. See if it might be a better fit.

Then again, if you hadn't already said that it didn't work, my first recommendation would have probably been the 55-180. I'm surprised it didn't work. Can you go into more detail as to why it didn't? What was the issue, precisely?
