We believe you have a PGT window that uses our 67-027 white face guide. Take a look at the part. Is that what you need?

I had a chance to pop one out and take attach a couple of pictures. Should I get part 67-026 as a replacement ? It looks a bit different than what I have but I believe it will still snap into place.

I agree, the 67-026 looks much closer. I cannot guarantee it will work, but we do not have anything more similar.
