This piece is broken and the balance will not stay connected.
Any idea what part this is? I will need about six of them.

Hello! I definitely know what this is. What you have here is a bottom "T" style pivot shoe for a channel balance. I recommend our 15-195. I think you'll agree this is a very close match.
