Hello,
Unfortunately, we could not locate a suitable replacement for your locking handle. I'm not sure of the mounting hole spacing that you need but take a look at the locking handles that we've related for you. These handles have mounting holes at 2-3/8". Take a look and see if any of these options could be used to repair your window.
