I just wanted to make sure which parts I could purchase to replace these with ones that the handle folds down flat instead of sticking out like these old ones. I will be purchasing 8 so I can update all my windows with fold down ones and want to purchase the correct ones!

Hello, Julie. Looks like you have an Andersen operator. The bad news is I'm afraid that Andersen no longer sells a folding handle that's compatible with this type of operator. The absolute lowest profile handle available would be the 39-298 "T" type. Otherwise, the non-folding type that you have now is currently the only style still made.
