Need window hardware because it won't stay up

Question

The first picture of shown is a hardware on the
interior side of the window. When I open my windows, they always fall down a bit and I believe that is the cause. The second picture is the lock on the window. The last picture shows the windowsill.

So what I believe the problem is on your window is that you need new balances. I can't make out the type of balances that you have from these photos, but we'll need to see them removed from the sides of your window to be able to determine the best replacement option. Take a look at some of the videos I've linked on this page. They should help you on how to remove the balances from your window. Once you have them removed send us some photos and we can get the ball rolling on finding you a replacement!
