Your window lock resembles our 90-005, while the balance system might be our Series 385 channel balance. I can't really make it out based on your pictures. Carefully go over our dimensions and information to confirm that it is correct. For the top sash guide, it could be either the 18-009 or 18-174. It would again depend on your dimensions.
