Thanks for reaching out to us. From what I can see here, it looks like you're searching for a new hinge. Start by taking a look at the 36-048 with a 10" base. Review the specifications and see if you think this could work for you. You'll just want to ensure you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.

The part looks like the bottom one, but the top part is a little different. The top part has a curved part connected to the sliding mechanism it's not flat. It has an extra arm that is curved, it's about an inch and a half long.

We also have the 36-004-10 and 36-090-10 hinges but it's hard to say what you might actually have from this drawing. Would it be possible to open the window to get a photo of the hinge itself? The window looks like it might fall out so I'm concerned. You may want to get a professional who is familiar with your type of window to do the repair.
