We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see your operator with the window open so the arms that move the sash are fully visible. That would help us confirm if any of our handles or covers would be compatible.
I'm not sure if we have an exact match for the lock in your photo but it reminds me of one of our Escutcheon-style handles, such as the 38-205, 38-208, or 38-209. Take a look and compare the specifications of our parts to an intact lock assembly to determine if one of these might be what you need. Thanks for posting!

Your operator resembles the 39-497 Roto operator, depending on how the specifications below compare to yours. We also offer the 39-232 folding handle for this assembly. We also offer the 39-605 cover for the folding handle, but it is only offered in black at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
As for the lock, you'll need to remove yours from the window to compare to the specifications shown on the product pages of the options related on this page.
