We should be able to supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The key here is the top fitting, which matches our 19-037. This doesn't come on any of our stock balances so it will have to be custom.
Before we go any further, can you confirm the depth of the bottom fitting? The diagram below will show you what I mean.
I probably could fix what I got with 19-037, a new string and clip, 10 pound spring, rivet kit and upper pulley.
One of my balance has a broken spring and the other has a broken spring and missing the clip.
Unfortunately it's not possible to buy the spring or pulley system. Once those break, you need an all new balance.
We do sell a 7/8" shoe, the 15-029, but you are correct when you say that your shoe may have worn down over time. It's up to you what you want to go with, but note that custom balances are non-refundable. I recommend that you triple check your measurement just to be 100% sure.
