Window Hardware Parts - Please Identify

A home owner from Laguna Beach, CA says:
In the first photo showing a right hand arm, please let me know what the replacement part would be.
The following three photos are the left side window. The window is disengaged on the bottom and needs all new parts. Please let me know what parts are necessary.
Regarding all these parts, what is availability please?
Thank you, Kathy

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for posting. For a new hinge set, see if our 36-004-10 10" set matches your old hardware. For the operators, it appears you have an assembly akin to the 39-216 and 39-217, but compare the dimensions to your old assembly and let me know if it in fact matches. For an accompanying crank and cover, see the 39-114L and 39-107. For a track, see the 39-505
