I'm not sure what your question is. It looks like it was cut off. Are you looking to replace this shoe? If so, can you give me its width and thickness? Could I also see a picture of it removed from the window?

I will pull out the other side and provide measurements and a better picture. The window brand is Acorn. 55 by 75 inch tilt out window. Has dual tensioners (9/16 inch by 36" long) on each side with red tips.

Ah, Acorn. That helps. See our 15-048 pivot lock shoe and see if this will work for you. It's important that you carefully compare our dimensions to yours, just in case. Like Tom mentioned, you should remove the shoe from the window and get accurate measurements.
