Window Hardware - White

Quick Learner from Chesterfield, MI
I'm looking for new hardware in white for the attached latches; left/right swing window side latches, (1) top latch.

The side latch shows the # .092. That is the only marking I see. I don't see any markings on the top latch.

Hello! Looks like you need new tilt latches, a lock, and a keeper. We should be able to help with all three, but I do need some additional information in some cases.

Can you tell me the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center, for the lock and the keeper? Written measurements would be preferred. For the lock they should be either 2-1/14" or 2-1/16", while the keeper I'm thinking is going to be more like 1".

I'd also like to see a photo of the keeper removed, if possible. Much of it is obscured currently and I'll need a better idea of how it's designed.

As for the tilt latches, my recommendation would be our 26-243 and 26-244. These are very similar to your originals and I think will work well. Just make sure to review our dimensions to confirm.

Here are the pictures of the keeper and lock with measurements.

Looks like the distance between hole to hole for the keeper is 2 1/16" and the lock is 1".

That's exactly what I was hoping to see, thank you! My top recommendations for the keeper and lock are our 90-237 and 90-161, respectively. The 90-237 is a dead ringer so I'm very confident this will work.

The 90-161 is a little different in terms of style but the hole spacing is the same and it is compatible with the 90-237. I think you should just check to ensure that the backset of the holes is the same at 7/16". It does come with a keeper but this can be discarded.
