Window Hardware for a 2004 Marvin Window

Question

Hello, I am looking for Window Hardware for a 2004 Marvin Window with Truth Hardware and was directed to you by the company I bought the windows from. The upper arm on the window snapped and I wanted to see if ya'll have the parts to replace this. Please see the layout I uploaded. Other than the upper arm the hardware is working well.

Hello, Daniel. This hinge set looks very similar to our 36-048. While it may not be identical, it should still replace the originals as long as you swap out both the top and bottom at the same time. The video below will go into more detail as to exactly how this is done.
