The metallic portion for holding the spiral is missing on one side of the balance shoe assembly. Can you please let me know if I can just find the metallic part or do I need to change the entire balance shoe assembly. Please provide me the part nos. for the whole assembly and the metallic part if possible.
I am attaching pictures showing the one side with the metallic part and the other side missing the metallic part, as well as the pin design that goes into this assembly.

When the metal cam is damaged, the entire pivot shoe must be replaced. I'm certain we can help, but we'll need you to remove the old shoe. Tell us its width and thickness, and we can then find which shoe you need from our selection here.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out. Length is 2", width is 1" and thickness is 0.375" at one end and 0.4375" at the shoe locking end ( could just be the defective part at this end).

Start by looking at our 15-134 or 15-173. Double check the thickness of your old pivot shoe and see if either one of these could work for you.
