Sullivan Window Hinge

Hi ,
I am trying to replace the broken window hinge in my house.
It is a cottage or oriel window.
I probably think it is part of the Sullivan windows which is an old manfucturer.
Can you let me the part name or part identifier.
Any help is greatly appreciated ?
