Hi

Will you please help me to identified the correct part for 10" casement window hinge, Part number listed on hinge is 30751-A. I would like to order in set. Also appreciate if you identified the operator arm part number from the pictures attached.

Thanks for posting! To recommend a suitable replacement for your operator arm, I'll need to see a photo of the entire casement operator. The arm isn't enough to identify the replacement you'd need and it is hard to make out the stamp from the arm.

Your casement window hinge can likely be replaced with our 10" 2-Bar Hinge Set, part 36-048. This is sold as a set and can be used for both the left and right side of the window. To ensure the integrity of the function of the window, you'll need to make sure to change both the top and bottom hinge. Look over the dimensions to determine if this is the right fit for your window.
