Hi,
Trying help me son with Roto window fell out. I noticed bent crank out arm and one arms will not go in hole. Pin appears to be flanged to stay in hole. Some of others are held together with screw. I like order top and bottom assembly,hope you can help

Hey Mike. Take a look at our 36-004-10. Look it over and let me know if you think this is the hinge you need.

Bob, thanks for getting back to me so soon. 36-004-10 looks close to being hinge. Let me have my son measure length. Let me ask can it be purchased as one pair?

The 36-004-10 is sold only in pairs, if that helps.

Yours is a little short, but I think you'll be okay. As long as you replace the top and bottom hinge at the same time then your window will have an even slide.
