Window Hinges?

Hello,

Looking for help identifying and ordering the part shown.

Please pardon my poor description ...

It's a casement that hinges in the upper right and left, and pushes out/cranks out at the bottom. The plastic that travels in the track cracked and isn't sliding properly. I'll order both sides to have as spares so no worries on right/left.

Appreciate the help.

Hey there. This looks like a window hinge to me. This is potentially our 36-048 or 36-049, depending on the size of your old hinges. Take a look at both and see if one of these sets indeed matches what you need.

Hello.

Not sure if this reply posted, so here are my comments again:

The 14-inch part of the hinge is correct. (The one screwed into window frame.) The bar connecting the two brackets appear to be correct ? there isn't a measurement in your spec.

The bracket that screws into the window is shorter on mine. It's about 6.5 inches. If you look closely, you can see an additional screw hole beyond the bracket, which tells me it once held a longer bracket. Perhaps the one you're suggesting?

My gut tells me to just order and try. But I wanted to run it by the experts before doing so.

I appreciate the guidance.

We see variation in hinge designs sometimes. If the 14" base is correct, I think this will work for you, so long as you replace both hinges in the window.
