Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell a replacement for this hinge, unfortunately. You would need to contact the original manufacturer of the window, whoever they may be. I am very sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.

Thank you for your help on this, I have reached out to the customer who is only looking to purchase a few and have advised them to personally reach out to the manufacturer since ADG does not have an account with them.
