To start, please make sure the hardware you show us is in undamaged condition and fully removed from the window. Figure that the more obscured the parts are, the less likely we'll be able to ID them. 

I would also appreciate precise, written dimensions if possible. When it comes to pivot shoes, especially, size is a key factor and written dimensions are preferable to photos of a measuring implement.
