I have been unable to determine the brand and model of the windows that I have in my home. The home was recently built in 2018 and I purchased in 2020. Unfortunately, the builder has retired and does not respond to emails or phone calls and there are zero identifying marks on the window, frame, sash, or spacer that can be found at all. The windows are a metal clad on the outside and all wood on the inside. Tall casements, 64" high x 34" wide inside wall frame with an opening lever and locking lever that are combined into a single housing. I have yet to find anything similar in weeks of searching the web.
Currently the locking mechanism has broken loose and no longer functions. I am able to lock the window by simply sliding a putty knife into the crack with the window pushed close and tapping it down lightly with a hammer, but would like to be able to find a full replacement assembly.
Photos attached.
Thanks in advance for any help that you can offer.

Hello,
Unfortunately, we do not carry a folding handle and cover with a built-in locking handle as shown in your photos. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
