Found you on line. Hoping you can help! We have a few windows in our 20 year old home (purchased our home 1 1/2 years ago). A few windows are in pretty bad shape. Below are a few pictures of just one of the windows and the label off the side. Is this something you can help us with or direct us to who can?

Hello,
It looks like the problem is with the glass seal that keeps condensation from getting in between the glass pane. Unfortunately, that is not something that we can assist you with but a local glass shop should be able to replace the glass and reseal it for you. I'm sorry that we won't be able to provide a replacement seal but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
