Need help identifying couple of things, black plastic window keeper, missing one. And the other one is a handle for casement window.

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 38-296 adjustable keeper. Compare to your original to confirm a good fit!
For the handle, I am not confident we have a match. Do you have a picture of one installed? Does it install with one screw or onto a base? Let me know to move forward!
