I haven't pulled the latch out to take pictures. I wasn't able to find a make or model numbers on the window.

You may be able to use the 90-320 wood sash lock in place of your lock. This lock does not have top screw holes. It is attached on the front locking side. Give it a closer look and let us know your thoughts.
