Window Latch

Question

I recently ordered a replacement screen clip (patriot screen clips) and I need to replace the window latches as well. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to remove one but was wondering if it's possible to identify based on the photos. The windows are the original windows from around 2000, when the townhouse was built.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
