Handle broke off of casement window lock

The latch on our window broke off. I am uncertain who made the windows but the only number I can find on the window is the following code C-C45-96x60. The distance between the screw holes are about 3 3/4 of an inch apart

What is the difference between the two locks and how do I tell which will work? Do I order both and return the one that doesn't work?
