Window Latch

Hello, The current problem is that the vertical latch is broken and it's not hooking onto the window properly, which is preventing the window from closing completely. Please kindly advise if you have the latch and the white part in the photo for replacement. Thank you!

Thank you for contacting us. I'm afraid I don't see the latch you're referring to in these photos. Can you show us a clear and up close photo of it?

By "white part", do you mean the operator and cover? If so, we'll need to see a clearer photo of it along with a clear shot of the operator's arms.
