Thanks for reaching out! This window lock reminds me of the 38-091 Multi-Point Sash Lock, which is for the left handed side of the window. The right handed lock is the 38-092. To determine if these are the correct replacements, you'll need to be sure to review and compare the dimensions.

The piece guiding the bar this lock hooks into is the tie bar guide. The one picture here looks like it can be replaced with the 39-448. The keeper reminds me of the 38-131 Truth Maxim Adjustable Keeper, the opposite version is the 38-130.
